The Fine Line Features logo is a stylized letter "F" made up of two bold, black, geometric shapes. The upper shape resembles a horizontal rectangle with a right slant while the lower shape looks like a vertical, slightly wider rectangle. Both shapes overlap near the top of the vertical rectangle, creating a uniform, interconnected design with a modern and simplistic aesthetic. The sharp angles and clean lines give the logo a strong and dynamic presence.
Fine Line Features was the specialty film division of New Line Cinema, which was active from 1991 to 2005. Led by founder and president Ira Deutchman, the company specialized in acquiring, distributing, and marketing films with an independent, non-mainstream appeal, distinguishing itself from its parent company.
